Umpteenth and pertain

"For the 1,000,000th time, this is how to find my house"
but instead of saying "one millionth", you replace it with umpteenth. Umpteenth is like a "fake number". It is a slang expression.

If your little sister is bugging you to take her to the movies, you might say "For the umpteenth time, I don't want to go the the movies!"

Sometimes people say it when they are frustrated with answering someone.
